    You should study the Scrum Guide prior to attending the course. This is the definition of Scrum, which has been carefully authored by the co-creators of Scrum, Jeff Sutherland and Ken Schwaber. It’s only 16 pages long, so you can even read it several times on the bus or train, from cover-to-cover!
